UK PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering the free prize draw (the "Prize Draw") you agree to these terms and conditions.
The Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except for employees of the Arcadia Group, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this Prize Draw.
To enter you must either:
(a) Click on the "Your Style: Sorted" prize draw link on www.topman.com, complete the quiz and enter your details (including name and email address); or
(b) Complete the quiz form available at till-points in UK stores along with your details (including name and email address).
The Prize Draw opens at 00.01 on 08th September 2015 and closes at 23.59 on 23rd September 2015 (the "Closing Date"). Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Late, incomplete, illegible or defaced entries will not be accepted.
There shall be one (1) winner (the "Winner"). The Winner of the Prize Draw will be the first entry drawn at random within one week of the Closing Date (no later than 30th September 2015). The Winner will be notified by email by no later than 2 weeks after the Closing Date (i.e. 7th October 2015). Topman's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
There is one (1) prize (the "Prize") to be won. The Prize shall consist of:
Two (2) direct return flights from a UK airport of the Winner's choosing, subject to availability, to New York (JFK or EWR) in Economy class for the Winner and a guest;.
Four (4) nights stay in a 5* NYC (Manhattan) hotel for the Winner and a guest, subject to availability and at Topman's sole discretion, in one standard double or twin bedroom subject to availability, for the Winner and a guest; .
The holiday must be taken before the 31st December 2015, excluding the Thanksgiving dates of 23rd -29th November 2015 and the Christmas/New Year dates of 21st -31st December 2015. The Winner must be one of the people who travels on the flights and stays in the Hotel as the Prize cannot be transferred;.
1 x $400 Giftcard for the Winner only to be used in one transaction in any US store along with a Personal Shopping appointment for the Winner only. Gift card terms and conditions apply..
The Prize does not include: transfers to or from the UK airport; transfers to or from the New York airport; travel insurance; tourist cards or visas; spending money or any other items or expense not included in the Prize description above..
The Winner and their guest will be responsible for providing appropriate government issued photo identification (such as a valid passport) at time of travel, and are solely responsible for determining and obtaining all necessary travel documents and complying with all other travel requirements including submitting advanced passenger information where required. Where travel is included in the Prize no changes will be made to travel itinerary or other travel details once any portion of travel arrangements have been made, except at Topman's sole discretion. Topman is not responsible for changes in schedule or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. The winner is also personally responsible for any personal or incidental expenses and any VAT, national and/or local tax liabilities incurred in claiming or using the prize.
The Winner must bring a credit card for settlement of incidentals not included in the Prize and the Winner shall be responsible for all expenses not specified in the Prize description above including transport to and from departure airport, meal costs, spending money, insurance and all other incidentals.
If the Prize is not claimed within 14 days of the Winner being notified, Topman reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner of its choosing, chosen on the same basis as the Winner was chosen.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-negotiable. There is no cash alternative. Topman reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part thereof) for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original Prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
Only one entry per person. Any person found to be sending multiple entries will be ineligible. Topman does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry.
By entering this Prize Draw, you agree that your details, including but not limited to your email address, may be used to keep you informed about Topman promotions, products and news. Topman complies with the standard procedures laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. By entering the Prize Draw the Winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Topman may require.
The Winner's first name, surname and county will be available for 28 days after the Closing Date and can be requested by sending a stamped addressed envelope to "YOUR STYLE: SORTED - TOPMAN AW15 DIGITAL CAMPAIGN" at the address below.
Topman reserves the right to (i) cancel this Prize Draw, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavors to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants). These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
